Re your question about a vaccine against ignorance;
1- To my way of thinking, I don't think it will be possible. Out of all creation, we are the only ones endowed with knowledge. we are sort of programmed for it. Remember when Allah said that he taught Adam the names of all things? So ignorance is not inherent, it is wilfully acquired! (Radical enough for you?)
2-To help with self awareness, I was thinking that advertising is a very poweful tool. But the slogans have to be very carefully chosen - nothing negative or threatening. Remember all those dire warnings about the dangers of smoking didn't have much effect on those who would not listen.
3- Then, the Quran says in many places to not make your heart heavy if people do not heed. That is not your job.
